Use to have same problem with tanks stop moving. Switched to running SPG's and now it don't matter. :P

I actually found the SU-26 rapid firing Arty and the Tier 5 and 6 TD's with their 1 shot kills have been best for farming especially when setting both Arty and TD's in Default Battle Mode and Default Distance Attack mode for TD's and Default Arty Mode for Arty. Seems to work best for me anyways ! :)
