DB is working fine... but it is usually at 5 fps when im running it. Any chance fixing this problem?

DB does work but it just drops the fps way too much. I am in window mode with the lowest graphic n sound settings as well. Does windows defender affect it like other antivirus?

I am a total noob with this stuff to start with. Im not a computer nerd although I wish I was one. Anyway, I started using DB last night and as soon as it started, the fps dropped to 4 from 40. After doing some research online, I deleted the programs that might interfere with DB, updated Trinity...
