You could give the GearSwap plugin with Illusory Boots a try. Never used it but due to the information in the thread it can swap to Illusory Boots when you're "swarmed".
You can edit the ExploreDungeon box values but this would slow down the Bounty in general because the bot would have more exploration points. Never happened to me that it doesn't kill all mobs at all.
You should set the trash mob size to 1 since these are mostly "clear xxx" Bounties. To speed the runs up, you shouldn't open chests/loot corpses and stuff like that.
Other settings depend on your class/build.
If you use the rush version I recommend using Illusory Boots and skills like...

Just add this code at the beginning of your profile. When you're in town and the profile gets reloaded it will just take the TP.

the bot just ignores "ToggleTargeting combat=False" Tags in profiles. In the logs you can see that it set combat to False but it still attacks.

It sometimes happens when there's a shrine near the portal and the bot goes there first instead of taking it's actual route. It will find it's way after some time though.
I'll fix it in the next release.
Possibly, the mobs aren't too hard to kill.
I have only run this on an Arcane Archon and Fire Explosive Blast Wiz solo and in a 4-man party. Just try if you got the gear.
