belph has settings for when to use healing wells, when to look for globes and when to use pots.. I suggest looking at them to make sure they're not set at a retarded number. You'll see them by pressing the Settings button while in game.

Hi, Just running the new 221 build with Giles plugins (stash replacer / world object / monster priority, all up-to-date). I've never seen this happen before... but I died in Fields of Misery to an elite with charge and DB did not detect it. Bot left the game after the 2 minutes timeout...

You're using a bugged version of GilesStashReplacer. 1.9.9 did that. So it's not "regardless of plugins" ;) He released a fix about 2 hours later that corrected that behavior. Cheers :)
