damn why does it do greater rift when i start normal rift only :/ also it throws away my legendary healing pot lol, so now i dont have one anymore

Am I doing something wrong, but when I start this, followed guide etc it runs to that angel in town and talks to him, then resets game and repeat. currently got like 4500 rift keys need to get rid of a few so thought id try this but can't get it to even start a rift :(
