Okay Im sorry for all that has been happening, this is my first time buying anything from this website, I just bought Demon buddy 2 days ago and I just started leveling up my character manually. Where can I request a refund?

Well I just bought the DB two days ago, and was leveling up my DH to use it at its full potential. If they cant fix this, I sure do want a refund.
