hmm i see. only other thing i can tell you that worked for me is when you start up db, DO NOT let it minimize. it's running smoothly as long as it doesn't get minimized into a hidden icon. good luck

like from the old demonbuddy folder, i moved it over to the newly downloaded db folder

i just redownloaded the demonbuddy program off the website and moved the plugins, routines, settings and profiles over and it's working like a champ now. hope this helps! it worked just fine... till i minimized the actual DB program. then it went into a loop again :( so i guess what ryan said?
