Your character is probably dying and trying to 'run' back to where it's supposed to go (Is that aetheryte set as your home location?), but there's no available path. You can try getting the aetheryte for the zone it's questing in. This is just a guess, can't look at the log right now.

In this case, I would try to manually complete the step it's trying to do (it's trying to talk to the NPC Gillian). Once you've done that and restarted the bot, it should continue from that point.
