High main stat doesn't mean BiS. Some of these 'BoA' items can't roll IAS (The Helm & Bracers as far as I know).

Just happened again. I guess I didn't fix the problem. But if I stop and restart the bot it seems to fix the problem. But, it still happens occasionally.

Don't know if this would help but it helped me before I upgraded my CPU. Try lowering the 'Ticks Per Second' TPS default it's 10. try 8 or so. It is in the Giles Trinity Advanced Tab. Now I have a better CPU so I use 12. :)

For some reason my bot stops picking stuff up when his inventory is full. It did this two times so far since I downloaded DB Beta & Trinity 1.7.1.14 Beta. Any ideas on how to fix that?
