The questing plugin does not support Elf's race is it possible to fix that?

Hi is it me or the Updater.exe dissapeared? I tried converting the Updater.exe.bak back to exe but it just keeps on turning into a batch file.

Does the scarecrow plugin support 24x24 lunar and solar pavilion too ? If not is it possible to update it please. (Improved Lunar Pavilion farm , Improved solar pavilion farm)
