When my barb encounters an elite, it will continuously try activating WOTB even though its on cooldown. Looks like he is stuttering in place instead of fighting the mobs.

Hi All, I have been receiving the following error in game while running Rift Bot using Trinity 2.2.0 and Quest tools 3.06. When this error occurs the character simply stops doing anything, which led to the death of my HC character. Can anyone please advise? Log file attached as well...
