Flushed DNS and tested all day. No change; still getting "session is invalid". I also switched to a different router just to make sure no DNS was cached there.

No, I said in the OP that windows firewall is disabled, no antivirus is running, and I'm plugged directly into my router. I'm also getting no packet loss if I run pings to remote IPs for hours, but Demonbuddy will crash with the "session is invalid" message several times during that time.

My bot dies at least once every 30 minutes, sometimes more frequently, with the error message "Session is invalid!". I see other people are having this problem as well, mostly in the HonorBuddy forum. This is not a connection issue on my end -- Windows Firewall is turned off, no antivirus...
