There is a problem with my wizard! I have the vyrs set so i can use all the archon runes! But when trinity uses archon, it frequently spams slow time and stop attacking mobs.

Sorry does "lower" mean set the value lower and cache faster? I never dropped in bounty so i'll continue testing it in rift.
