데몬버디 키 구매하였는데 인증이 안돼는데 저만 그런가요?

My new access key doesn't work.
I bought access key yesterday. But it keep saying that [Authentication failed. Invalid key!] Please check my log file attached. I hope I can get your technical support ASAP. Thank you!
