Whatever happened with this? We really need the limitation removed now that you are able to harvest anything at lvl1. It's 1000x more efficient to level up your gathering at max level in a meshed max level area than fucking around in lowbie areas, many of which aren't even meshed.

Just a word of advice, randomly moving to the hotspots is better than following a specific path as far as detection(other players noticing) goes.

It doesn't matter anyway because the changes to values that you're seeking(HP etc) will only change the visual representation in the client, and not affect the values server-side.

It's not a turn-key script that's out there on some public forum, but it's easily doable if you know what you're doing(along with other things). Which is exactly what I've said, and the reason the chinese are the main ones using it.

If a program interfaces with the game's code through injection or other methods it's a hack not a "program for automation". AutoIt is a "program for automation", Macro Express is a "program for automation". Of course if you don't know the difference, that's on you. Semantics aside...

It's not. You could theoretically do this with your own xyz tele+slicing code(which of course rules out 90% of non-chinese farmers), but it's practically impossible given all the variables at play(other slicers/etc). Either way, that's not an exploit, it's a hack. Guess what else is a hack...

The bot limits you based upon skill level, but the game allows you to harvest any node at any skill level now, since the 4.1 patch. As soon as your character hits the previously required skill level the bot begins harvesting again. The limitation should be removed.

Via Dev post: Another patch to fix the worst new bugs eta next week sometime. In the meantime, don't use the sort tabs on your cargo hold, you can lose items if you do.

I edited my post...ppl outside US are using VPN with US based IP to circumvent said hamster and DL the update successfully.

Wearing out my F5 key. I'm guessing Aevitas wasn't able to get his SWTOR install sorted for testing before bedtime. The SWTOR CDN is having some really fucked up routing issues, some outside the US are finding success using a VPN with a US IP and DL'ing from a US based node FYI.
