If you DB shut down in 20s. I advice you can install or move your DB folder to the any root disk.- Danke122222

I have the same issue on Windows 10. But I tried to update my windows 10 to the latest version. And problem solved. So if you are using windows 10. I strongly advise you can check your OS version and any updates available.- Danke122222
