I just edited my post above to update another Crusader Combat works with Akarat's Champion and Heaven's Fury rune Fires of Heaven.

I will try to edit and test again when D3 server up. Cause you was only mention about Akarat's Champion. You did not say about Heaven's Fury rune Fires of Heaven.

Can you just update this file to replace your old CrusaderCombat.cs inside folder Plugins\Trinity\Combat\Abilities ? Then delelte CompiledAssemblies folder. It will fix Akarat's Champion and Heavens Fury with rune "Fires of Heaven" to work.
