that is what i have downloaded the second time. the first i used was the non beta then it updated. suddenly pauses started to happen. then i used the beta build. still the same. it also updated again today. still same for me.

I figured it out. I have mistakenly placed level 10 Greater Rift instead of level 45 for torment 10. All good for now.
