Seems it had an issue with the following quest. I had to complete it manually. Hair Club For Hyur - Quest - Final Fantasy XIV : A Realm Reborn (FFXIV ARR) Database

Seems a couple times now it's gone to turn in a quest and it just stood at the turn in NPC. I turned it off and did it manually and started it again. When it got to the new turn in NPC, just stood there again. Log attached.
