Only way to not get banned is to not bot at all. You either get caught or you don't, but if you bot you can pretty much expect to be banned at some point (and you should anticipate it).
Man, I can't believe people are still spreading this. I used to bot 30+ accounts when RMAH was still viable. I played on my "main" account throughout the duration - all coming from the same machine as 10 of those bots. I still play on that account to this day.(survived MULTIPLE ban waves)
Actually, this is all easily manageable through botting. You came in basically calling him and idiot - stating that this is all end-game? They're endgame stats, but honestly manageable within day running at a lower difficulty. I wonder what you do when the season starts... Run at Master ->T3...
Taras,
Out of curiosity, does the beta profile have any known issues with performing bounties currently? I noticed that the R-Rift is supposedly non-friendly. I know that yours is, but noticed there are 2 less xml files than previously.

It really has nothing to do with laziness. Some people subscribe to profiles for the same reason that companies purchase vendor support with their hardware/software. Paid-subscriptions for premium scripts and profiles generated from the user base offers an incentive to maintain the code behind...
I created tailored item lists based on all possible champions that could use the same base states (i.e. Barb & Crusader // Monk & DH). That way if I decide to play the other, my character has already been retaining gear based on the stats I've defined in the list.
I think Barbarian is the most popular class because of the (relatively) easy compositions you can build given minimal gear. You can start hitting rifts very quickly if you do a basic WW build with some low-mid grade gear. Many other classes and builds are extremely dependent on gear sets.
Just an FYI - it looks like the kickstart profiles (which is enabled by default) is the culprit. I restored my DB backup, disabled this option, and all is well in the world! :)
First off, I haven't played D3 in a couple of years (nor have I botted) since RMAH took a complete dump. I appreciate what the community is doing to maintain the plugins/bot.
Is anyone else currently facing issues with getting YAR to work correctly? I'll get some more information when I get...
Anything is detectable by a player.. plus have you taken a look out how your bot in general acts regardless of what role you are? lol... it CAN be pretty obvious at certain points.
