BamBam9222 - Thanks for the help! Upon doing a selective boot with only necessary items - it ran all night, no blue screen. So now the question is - what program or driver is not syncing well with demon buddy. Are any known programs / drivers causing issues? Or should I start narrowing it...

any fixes to this without paying $300 for vmware?

Yeah - this has to be a demon-buddy issue. I've never had a blue screen and both of my computers bluescreen once demon-buddy is installed and running. Along with the other posters are happening around the same time, saying it's not possible for demon-buddy because it doesn't hook any low level...
