Now the hack is working. I fixed my black screen issue by going to Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3d Settings and Restore Defaults.

Hi, The ESP is not injecting on borderless window. In windowed mode, the hack did inject but my screen is black and only the ESP boxes can be seen. Please assist, have sent PM. Thank you.
