Just grinding for paragons and selling items we picked up on gold AH. Shitty thing was it was literally the day I hit paragon 100 they booted me. -

Two of my friends and I were all only botting one account and we got spanked so the answer is yes just botting one account can get you banned. Came back for expansion so hopefully I do not get unlucky again. :)
