how do i load this profile into trinity/demonbuddy? wtf is going on i dont know how to do this

Ok so i cant download adventurer anywhere, apparently its built into trinity. I configure trinity and click start and it says i need to load profile but its built in. Wtf do i do? I spent days figuring this out and i am so freaking annoyed. Why isnt this simpler?
