oh gawd,im trying to farm gold , and can't because at hell i get killed fast,the only option is to play mp10 nightmare, but it gives crappy amounts of gold,which act and area is the best for farming gold at NM MP10~?~?~?

Im still lvl 55 and im farming core+fos at mp10 nightmare since at hell it kills me fast, and i made only 200k in around 2 hours, how can i increase that,i do some crappy 15k dps and my gear is crappy, some advises? how can i farm hell if i die every fkin elite,and even at mp0 hel i get very low...
