thats the problem he doesn't want me as I'm the *bad* profile maker he talks about.
I'll explain this onces so everyone understands.
I was going on vacation for 10 days, then this user came to me and said can I buy a 1-80 profile alliance and horde.
After I told him the prices I kindly said keep In mind that i have to go on vacation soon.
That particial user said, alright can you make a 1-60 before you go, which I awnsered with yes I can but it will have faulties and when you do use it make a list with feedback so I can adjust when I come back, user said: this is no problem.
went on vacation and almost at the end got spammed with messages that the user's chars where dying everywhere, so I asked him to make a list that if i would be back I would've changed it all and sended a good copy.
so I arrived back and went straight to the pc to finish his product, he should be happy that I skipped unpacking bags and stuff for him.
Anyways, I asked him then to give me the feedback he had to collect and I kindly received this: You should know where the faulties are , you are the profesional profile maker! you got paid you fix it. (in my head I was confused, because the more detail the user gives the more I can update in a faster way right?)
So I told him ok then ill try to fix it, and how do we do that at best? level a new char to see where ALL the faults are and fix them and redo it!
Basically this is the same way HB/GB are developed, we get a beta, we all send our log files they fix the problems , instead of going trough it for ages and ages.
with that said I lvled up as much as I was home and had time to do so because i'm not here under a contract and also got a social life, and a job.
As I completed the 1-60 profile for the user, 60-70 was ready and 70-80.
When I sended the user a pm he would receive the profiles he was happy, when he got them he even asked what zones the profiles where in but as not many know my private profiles contain a good amount of comments wich basically makes my private profiles *fool* proof.
you can edit out every single line, check where your char dies or not, make it lvl again in previous area or a area up ahead etc everything is taken care of it comes down to your cc and gear.
then he was happy and sended ok nice, and sounded happy.
then he asked about 60-80 I said u get them soon as I didn't want to send him bad profiles again to be faulty with problems, about 10 minutes after he chargebacked me on paypal and said I never received product.
so this user has a perfect 1-60 and happyly charge back the money to have 2x win for his side.
user won't be mentioned eventough I'm discusted by this type of attitude, when I devote weeks of effort because someone is simply lazy and doesn't want to help to perfect his own product and then backstabs me like this is really well I'll be damned.
it really makes me unsure if I even want to contribute to either the community or sell my private profiles.
I'll see what you guys think about it.

my profiles where really solid, as they where for mostly HB1, then HB2 come and destroyed the most out of it, I took the time to make solid profiles day by day.
most profiles on the forum are redesigned for HB2 now and fool proof, but as stated as above I'm doubting to post them.
