You SHOULD use the search function and/or read the terms of agreement when you purchased. Either will explain. Oh my mistake you want me to copy/paste it for you... Not happening, but look on the bright side, since you can't bot you probably have some extra free time and you can use it now tracking down the answer!

stop being an ass, i am on the same boat, paid for 3 keys , 1 refunded with in 10 hours the others for 4 days still no refund , so asking for a mod to responde for your 300$ spent on a bot is legit, you my friend is not...Mind your business next time smart azz...
