Incredibly Noob Question

I would appreciate a simple awnser

Basically I just started using the Act 3 Alkazier run version 2.99 and it doesnt seem to remake the game when its cleared it, is this a really stupid miss tick or somthing? I use RadsAtom profile manager plugin.

u need gilestrinity + radsatom ticked in plugins
Make sure to start here loaded.

Problem solved, I had a broken plugin and it blocked like 3 others, fixed now.
