Well it looks like everything statwise is very similar except I have way more crit and you have way more haste. I've been following askmrrobot and that's how it told me to reforge, probably because I don't have the gear to get my haste over the soft cap. I'm thinking it might be time to invest in Legacy of the Emperor...

I use askmrrobot as well, are you using the haste breakpoint section properly? Realise this is a silly question right now cos I am not home to explain what I mean but what the hell :-)
 
The CC is really bugged, its refreshing VT with 7 seconds remaining, its never using mind flay, and isnt using halo either.. Seems strange..

Well I think the "strange" rotation like no other and it help you get top dps is not "strange" after all xD

Why I have to use dps like other shadow priest guys if my dps better than them?

BTW, Halo need a optimal distance (24-26) yard to use or it's useless in rotation.
 
Lazyraider.

I did some tests comparing LazyRaider with the traditional RaidBot. Here my results:

Goblin Priest 483

Spell Power: 21260
Haste: 25.05
Hit: 14.86
Crit: 9.52
Mastery: 23.24

Target: Training Dummy (4 in front of me)
Target: Rading Training Dummy (3 in Front of me)

Runtime: 4mins each test
Halo -> On

Since Raid Bot seems to do more dps why do you use Lazy Raider? Are there some special settings in LazyRaider do you use for more dps?

i just prefer lazyraiders performance overall
For example using the different bot bases.
CombatBot, the CC will iterate the combat logic at ~150ms. My FPS ~180
Raidbot, the CC will iterate the combat logic at ~60ms. My FPS ~11
LazyRaider, the CC will iterate the combat logic at ~30ms. My FPS ~180


Lower combat logic traverse time is better. And obviously higher FPS is better

Also i like LR pause key..sometime's i like to take over. and two tests is not very accurate, should at least do 20. then take the average.

Revision 35

  • Full code rewrite, Tuanha redone the entire code, lots of clean ups, should be faster.
  • Pausing issue's should be fixed.
  • Smite issue fixed.
  • Improved single target rotation.
  • Improved multi target.
  • Halo Range check removed
  • fixed Shadow word Pain while moving.

Any problems/suggestions let me know

LoL, i ditch the cast by name, try it for me.

Old: CastSpell("Mind Flay", Me.CurrentTarget);
New: SpellManager.Cast(15407, Me.CurrentTarget);
 
for some reason, the charater does not cast/keep Power word: Shield on it self. Personally, I like to start out using that spell before pulling, then I prefer to keep it on me at all time.
and some logic for self heal, would be nice too :)

and there are no settings as of yet? :/ or?
it seems good other than that for farming thus far tho. gonna try it out in a dungeon or something when I get into one.

btw: Is it possible to make the character, automatically face it's target while casting spells? my character is not doing that automatically while using this combat routine. :/
edit: While I was in a dungeon, the character stopped using Mind Flay.

The rotation seems to be: Mind Blast -> Shadow Word: Pain -> Vamp touch and then it loops that
instead of something like: PW:Shield -> Shadow Word: Pain(keep this one up the whole fight) -> VT(same here) and VE -> Mind Flay whenever Mind Blast is on CD. And Use Devour Plague and Shadow Word: Death whenever you can.
Atleast, that is how I figure that the rotation should be.

Just curious, but is the smite issue something that's caused by the CC, or by HB? If it's an HB issue, shouldn't they fix that in HB and not make Tuan break his brain trying to find a fix to code around it in his CC? This is just a curiosity I was having.
