GMs killing people?

Had this happen to me just the other day, i was watching my bot when it happened and something one shot me and instant death when i am a level 86 DK fairly well outfitted

I mean thin about it. Lets say i am a GM and i am going to waste my time killing a bot, who is afk so it doesnt matter to the botter and the program has coding to res when it dies. So yes, blizzard gms are sitting there sniping bots only for them to res 2 minutes later, great use of company time.

I for one love to theorize..especially against Blizzard its really all we can do considering they're so hesitant to discuss their methods lest they be worked around..

It wouldn't surprise me at all if GMs decided to take more invasive approaches to see how the "player" reacts..

Kill you & see if you run back at all..fail..get stuck places../say wtf?

One I think would be effective is teleporting players to another zone..since that'd sure muck up the bot..best case scenario it flys back to the original zone & continues on..

They could appear in the world as an opposing factioned player to attack & see how you react..

There's all sorts of we can't detect your bot so we're going to try to pick apart the play style theories..& I suspect there will be more especially if the court proceedings go favorably for Baws..

The only problem is if you're going to theorize..you've got to be prepared for scrutiny even past proven fact as it just then being something everybody knows..

I also think it'd be interesting if botters rose up themselves & started bating bans..looking for patterns & what not..that'd be somethin'

Don't be paranoid and think any self respecting and respected company would even try to do something like this.

I worked as a GM for the last two years (not anymore). They are not allowed to kill people as this is "an intrusion into the gameplay of the customers". As they are not allowed to make themselves visible (only with special permition). However they do tests on bots to see if it is a human or a bot and then penalize if it is a confirmed bot.

try and make a ticket instead and tell a GM whats wrong with this thing..
And if he actually tells you its them, laugh at him and tell em how they can be so pathetic and waste ppls money like that.. (cause your gametime is payed by you)
They might rent their account out, but when money is involved we got more to say then just "fuck it".. Blizz is nothing without ppl paying for their game.. then they are just some ppl made a game that no one wanna pay cause they act like gods in it..

Guys this is realm, it happend to me while I was botting at about the 20th hour of a full day. I all of a sudden got dc'd, lucky I was watching so I signed back in and was at a graveyard O.O I said in /1 Did anyon else just to make it look more legit continued to farm for about 5 hours after that with no hasle.

maybe triggered the wow anti stuck feature where it kills yourself = equal dammage as healthpool ? think that would be it ?
