Starting Diablo with Style and with unique client ID

Great guide.

Few questions:

I am about to download + install + activate my second diablo 3 game and want to make sure I do it right without being caught by blizzard.

I plan to:
1- create a new "user" for my host computer
2-from the new user, I will create a new battlenet account, purchase from battlenet + download + install the game on the new user account.
3- from the virtual machine in VMware I will activate the diablo 3 game and play it from there

is that the way to do it?

Well, nobody knows exactly how to not get caught by blizzard =x

Theres some tutorials here in forum... Choose one, and good luck... :D

No =/

Thats a problem... BUUUUUUUUT

Iv made a .bat(ridiculously .bat to be honest) that copy the D3Prefs to D3 docs folder... So i change the window mode to "play" manually, and close, click on the .bat, start D3 again...

Its the only "easy" way =/

:)

Does isBoxer/Innerspace do this as well? I heard that they had agreement with Blizz that their software is legal. Meaning multiboxing is legal.

I can run this program with enUS clients just fine, but i struggle to make it work with ptBR clients cause i cannot change the language.

Also, i cant make the lootrules plugin works with that tool, DB crashes when after client injection.

Normally I would have no qualms using something like this but I have a simple question. I already have multiple users on my computer. Does that mean if I run Diablo 3 from User 2 it will have a different client ID than if I start it with User 1? Do I have to have two Different D3 folders or something? If it is as simple as running it with a different user why would I use this software when I can just run it on that user?

Any chance to get it to work through SOCKS5 prox ? Proxifier shows nothing in active connections :(

P.S: Atleast all clients i run with 1 socks ?

hi there,

thnx for this nice little script. i only got 2 questions:

1. i failed to load Gilescombatroutine, is it even possible (i think so), i just replaced ""Generic"" with ""GilesBlankCombatRoutine"" but its not working ---> Failed to load combat routine.
Working flawlessly with generic, but id like to use giles routine.

here is the error msg: d3loader.webp

2. I tried to use ur Batch File for creating small copies of d3 and db folders, but its not working. It creates DB and Diablo 3 Folder in my specified output folder, but all files in those 2 folders are only shortcuts ( i am using RU version, as i ve seen in this thread u need to have the right batch version for ur language).
Anyways why do i need several D3 folders if your scripts starts every d3 session with a unique id? or is this just useful if u have more than one language version of the d3 client, like en + ru accounts? Or do you need several clients for multibotting? (i only have 1 bot running at a time)

thnx in advance

How do run this on win8.
On win7 every thing works fine.

Im running bat file as admin and even from command prompt(admin) and im getting this:

C:\Users\X\Desktop>C:\D3\d3Loader_r3\d3Lo ader.exe /user "UserB1" /pass
"123456" /x 0 /y 0 /h 200 /w 300 "C:\D3\Base\Demonbuddy\Demonbuddy.exe -key X
-noflash -routine=""GilesPlugin"" -bnetaccount X -bnetpassword X -autostart -d3path=""C:\D3\Bot1\Diablo III\Diablo III.exe"""

d3Loader - Simple diablo III luncher with unique client ID handling.
Version: 2012-19-07

Starting Process..
Error code 740 returned from CreateProcessWithLogonW.
The requested operation requires elevation.

I tried running this:
C:\D3\d3Loader_r3\d3Loader.exe /user "UserB1" /pass "123456" /x 0 /y 0 /h 200 /w 300 "C:\D3\Bot1\Diablo III\Diablo III.exe -launch"

It works but in task manager it seems that diablo is running from main account. Not bot1.

I have admin account plus i used in command prompt:
net user administrator /active:yes

UPDATE: as it turned out in win8 you have to disable UAC in regedit. Error is now fixed.

WIN+R type in regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Double click on EnableLUA to modify the setting. On value data prompt window, set the new value to 0.

reset pc

so you had a issue and figured it out. delete the post so no one else can learn from your solution. way to give back to the community

I am sorry but I didn't really do anything that might be of any use to anyone. I just made my own mistake - I didn't have the Windowed (Fullscreen) mode

I still have issues resizing the window though. Simply locks my mouse in a box on the edge of the screen ;]

Does anyone found a solution how to run this on windows 8?
Disabling UAC also makes metro disabled by default in win8.

I dont understand why diablo is launching and db has problems.

What is working:
-Starting game client as different user
What is not working:
-Deamon buddy wont start

Bump for relogger! Anyone know of a relogger that will work with this method? I've tried "YetAnotherRelogger", by pointing to the .bat that starts the D3.exe, but the relogger just goes through a series of errors about not getting the right object, so it doesn't actually do anything.
