Oh noes!! HB is down and I have to play the game myself. I hope I remember what buttons to press when I'm getting attacked!!!!

"it will be fixed when it is fixed", oh really? how very informative! everyone else thought it would be broken when it was fixed! you're not even close to being able to tell anyone anything about the process, other than running your mouth with passive aggressive posts. If you're not here to report failure or success, then you're wasting everyones time as usual.

i know this will probably work but i dont want to do a fresh install...lose all my plug-ins, etc.

is there a file or a folder we can just delete or overwrite?

usually I walk away, but I'm on day 2 of giving up smoking. I can literally feel the veins in my neck about to burst from anger.

What I don't understand is that this is a reoccurring problem and just about every f@cking weekend.

Buy a new server, get a new balancer, select a new IP company, do what ever it is you have to do to support the product and get it up and running.......... Having the same error, weekend after weekend after weekend, the excuses are getting old.....

And your bitching get annoying. Learn to shut the fuck up. Yes we know we pay for HB. Are you that much of a cheap ass that the $30-$60 you payed for your keys is going to go to waste if you cant play for a couple hours? Maybe take the hint and get out of the house. Maybe hit the gym? Stop being a basement dweller. Its a god damn game, and its a god damn program. They arent fucking magic alright? Like Swizzie said, it will be fixed when its fixed. In the mean time go to the gym, something you SHOULD be doing even with your bots running, or atleast something productive.

God damn dude.

I downloaded Honorbuddy v2.5.6441.507 again and logged in a few Minutes ago :)
 
When an issue is detected they need to just tell the server to reply Yes to all requests,
resulting in no disruption to services, sure people who havent paid can login but how would they ever know the servers down?

No, I think you were right to call him on it.

Frankly it makes the situation worse. You're a genuine customer reporting a problem in good faith, and that is followed by a brush off response where you're basically being told to STFU. Now that is even worse because it's not even being made by a mod or a representative of HB, it's just another random customer.
