Constantly disconnecting

To be honest, I got tired of the everyday repairs this bot. They repairing it a couple of months and still doesnt work.
 
it would be fair when they tell us that they are slightly killing this project to got more menpower for their new bot. also they should not selling this product anymore to new users. this is not a good business behaviour.
 
My WoW crashes with error 132 while using GatherBuddy with different profiles in different zones in random places. As i noticed there are places in MoP where my character "get stuck for a short period of time" (like a small tree or bush or even small hole between rocks) and when it trys to move out its disconnecting. For example: i was standing under a small tree in Townlong Steppes after i did login because bot + wow crashed, then i did jump and got freezed in that tree for 1 second > got disconnected or 132 crashed. Same happened in Jadeforest near waterfall (i was stuck between rocks).

Also i've disconnected once without using bot in Valley of four winds while tryed to do daily with my main character and was disconnected like 3 times in a row after login when i tryed to move forward in object that i got stuck in (it was mailbox). Had to move backwards and then it was fine.

Seems there are some crash points in WoW after HoF heroic is out. (It was tested on two different computers with different addons / config etc.)
 
When it was only HB, the bot was great, there were no bugs like this, no downtime more than 1 day but when they added the other 3 (Demon,tank,wing) bot started acting up the new unstuck routine is s*** when it come to any kind of obstacle it does the routine and its so obvious that i don't have words to describe it, at least make it move backwards and up not like to the border just a bit so that its not that noticeable (not like GB1 it was way to high) if that fail's make it use hearthstone, with some lvl of Guild its 15 mins cd.

If you wanted to start new projects and stuff you should get new developers, considering the amount of cash you got from HB, make those new bots monthly fee not lifetime, to be honest i think you regret making lifetime, considering how much more money you would get.

When ppl buy your product you'r in obligation to constantly update us if there is issue, the progress regarding bug not just go silent and let the one of moderators say:
"its been taken care of" "make your own thread with log".
Just make threads named "BG Bugs" "GB2 Bugs" etc. etc. where we could post problems, log if needed you have power to edit post so make if anyone post more info than needed just edit it (that's only for that threads).

You took money for this and we should get better support, or at least make all of yours developers switch to hb if there is big bug like this till its fixed.
I didn't payed for manually farming, the bot is bugging and been not usable since mop gone out or its auth server or its bug, heck every other week there is bug that takes few days to be fixed and bot is not usable, and it looks like i'm boting 1 week than 1 week break than 1 week bot and so on, maybe you are trying to help us not getting banned by making bot bugs and we take break from boting.

Once again we paid for this and we need to get bugs fixed faster. I was silent for a long time thinking well they need a bit more time, but this is taking it too long its been almost 2 months in mop and still there are shitload of bugs, im not able to use product that i paid for so if this continue you should make refund to the customers that joined after mop release or go free, than if there are bugs hell its free what did you expect from free bot.

On others side in Dread Wastes bot skips 2/3 of mines/herbs even tho i think there was update that stated otherwise. The main product of HB is GB2 and that should be your no.1 priority, i bought it for that and i think the majority here did the same.
 
I have disconnects, 2 in 2 minutes .. impossible to use the bot ..
 
When u set Taskmanager > Process> Wow priority > High< its work better and u got not so often a Dc (with BetaBuild v.43)
 
Hey, I got the same Problem since i got my 1-year-abo. It is constantly disconnecting and forcing me to relog in the bot. I got version 507 and it is still disconnecting.
Pls help!

Yes, happend 2 times so far. "Unable to connect, if this purs(something) please go in to battle.net/dc.com"

Well, not what i wrote, but that annoying message..
 
I watched the bot more than 20 hours, and I noticed that the disconnection occurs only in the case of GB2 in two or more windows, one window it works fine. If we use other bots (grind, profession) in any amount - no disconnects.
 
I just used not bot, and got DC on all 3 wow's. So its not because of HB?!
 
tried beta build as well like 15 mins ago and dced twice in 10 mins, I dc less with 507 but still dc nontheless
 
Well, this has been a problem for new installers all over, they need to patch this mess......it's pretty damn annoying. >_>
I follow the instructions, Windowed, DirectX 9, Full FPS in background, 4 .net framework, and the CC+ thing.
Still does the same thing, and there is no explanation for it....

I have the logging in with key error, where it errors you when you try to login with your key over and over and over again.
It's been posted like 10 or 20 times.
 
What I see is a lot of ignorance and lack of patience.
Anyway to the Dev's (I can't get you logs at this point will work on it when I get home) I was wondering if this is really an HB issue or could it be Blizzard, so if you read their forums you notice almost all DC's are happening to Druids, so I tested it without having HB running I do Dc a lot when I go to flight Form, now all my Herb/miner's are a druids so I had to ask a buddy to log on his account and use my Bot on his DK herbalist, he ran it for 15m and no DC's, then he ran my Acc Druid and Dc's happened in 1/2m for 5 times he tried.
So would help if others that have none Druid gatherers could try and test it.
I can't help you guys much since I have no knowledge of technology but in the real world I am a Problem solver, look into the facts, read the problem, fix the problem ;) I hope this little insight help you guys out.
