Problem. I have to babysit this bot all day long.

I can't leave bot afk coz i got this :

and he doesn't make any new game. just goes afk. what can I do ?

Or maybe you could check the support forum where tons of people are complaining about this. The problem is with DB Inactivity Timer where it does not work properly.

To the OP - set DB inactivity time to 0, then at rads atom put the inactivity time to 3. However keep in mind Rads Atom Inactivity Timer does not work properly too and at some point bot will be stuck reloading profiles and not moving until it disconnects. Some people downgrade to Atom v1.3.8, however i cannot seem to find it.

DB's Inactivity timer is not working, games do not get resumed if it triggers (and you stay in the menus forever). Until it's fixed, you will need to use additional plugins as a hack/workaround.
