3/12 Banned 9/12 Not Banned But Got E-mail Claiming a Ban? US

So I was actually banned on 3 of my 12 accounts last night and received emails confirming that earlier today. However, I also received emails claiming that my other 9 accounts had been banned, but they are all fully functioning and operable. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would love to hear the explanation for it.

I didn't use any additional software or hacks with the 3 accounts that were actually banned, and I was botting 24/7 on all of the accounts.

U better move all the item and money to a safe account. It happened to me before, one of my account received email but didn't really got kick offline for another 24 hours. I saved me $50 worth gear .

Just make sure the eamil is really from Blizzard not some scammer.
 
Yeah transfer off all gold and items ban should come within a couple hours
 
same happened to me, got emails, bans didn't come for almost 24 hours later on some of the accounts
 
same for me... Got the email but I can still use all of my accounts, I use the same computer and run them 24/7
 
I had this. Got 8 emails but only 4 accounts were actually banned.
 
4/5 banned eu and 1 account Got E-mail Claiming a Ban, still can play&rmah
 
they are prob banning us, then watchign our movements after confirmed that we are using third party software. lol
sounds like the logical way to use a "evidence system" for profiling
 
Over 27 hours since the emails and the 9 in question are still up

I also got email said my account is banned yesterday, however It is still working up till now (20hours) after the Ban email.

Is your 9 account still alive ?

Info for my ban acc: 1/1 using DB last two week for Pl leveling. using A3 champ hunt Bigred. 20/24, 20% checking. Stopped 4 days ago when I heard there was a banwave. Yesterday received the ban mail.
 
Blizz haz a list of all the botter that have ever botted and a interface with 4 buttons, 1 is ban random botter, 2 is notify botter that he has been banned, 3 is ban all botters, 4 is notify all botters they are banned, it's quite obvious that someone tripped on a cat and landed on the 4 key, it must b true cause my uncles, best friends sisters mum works for blizz and told me this is what happened
 
There is clearly some mistakes in the way they handled the recent bans. Most of my account were banned last Monday and are still running.
However, i don't think that's a smart move to claim it on a public forum, especially on your title. Might be better to keep low profile and you might keep your banned accounts.

Dude, be glad your account is now banned in their servers. But you still can bot, meaning it will not be flagged anymore... Do you get my point??
