Putting together a VM machine, spec question

I want to put together a machine for a vmware or hyper v machine. what should be the minimum specs to aim for to bot 8-10 accounts? thanks

I would aim for an i7 processor. 16GB of RAM + , and a 200$ GPU with plenty of graphical memory. And a decent Power supply to power it all (500w+). And if you're pushing that to the max I would look at some aftermarket cooling.

Like a 2G gpu? I will prob go for Hyper -v and from what I understand its heavy on the gpu
