The servers being not usable the last few weeks / months statement

just like to say what a great job you all are doing and i realy would like to see ppl stfu about the problems that been going on. its a waste of my time to read through a bunch of post about ppl crying and bitching over things when most of them dont know how to do anything else and it take time away from ppl to have to respond to the crying and makes me look longer for whats going on and when i might be able to get the info i need to fix what i can
this bot has keeps me playing wow and making gold is the only reason i realy play any more and it has paid for itself
this is only my second post on forums and both has been to state for ppl to stfu
thank you all that been working on the issues and helping to fix the problems and the rest of you read up on your class and learn how to play again
and i will do the same and try to learn how to spell for all you spelling PO PO:cool:

Hah... this made me laugh :) I'm sure there are good people over at elance, but I seriously doubt they would be a good match for this particular project. And how about trust... Bossland would be much better off trusting me with the source code then :)
 
We know about the issues.
Our team is spread out across the world(literally).

I don't know how many of you looked at my post from the other day, but Apoc posted an update.

The auth should be back online for the time being for everyone to continue botting.

Please keep in mind service may drop as we push new versions of the auth software to our servers, to enable more diagnostics. This shouldn't cause any problems for most of you, but there's a small chance you may be booted. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a requirement for us to get to the root of the issue.

To say that there is no one working on it really isn't true.
As many times as we can say sorry it isn't enough.
 
Bossland, I do not think this is good to hear directly from you towards any of your customers, new and old...

It is basically saying that quitting to update and fix the bot/servers is a possibility. And while I do understand all things come to an end, I dont think this was the correct way to say it, giving the time we are going through.

Having problems in the law courts over the bot, fighting it and losing is still honourable and nothing to be ashamed of... but quitting to fix a problem that is basically due to high user usage/log in is a bit disheartening to hear.

What would new customers think?

I sincerely hope that you guys are able to fix the bot as it was the best bot for WoW and that whatever server issues you have can be resolved with a hardware upgrade (if it is that easy) or that the devs come up with a solution for the high load.

All the best, but please do not give up on YOUR product and do not give up on the people who pay your bills, us the customers.

We like your product and we are concerned about it's future, so before handing the towel please give your best shot.

but on a more serious Note, I for one really appreciate the reply for you even if it is to say sh!t its buggy and broken atm sorry... what annoyed me the most was noone saying/admitting anything was wrong :)

Two questions:
1. Beside bitching around and whining about that the bot doesn't work, what can we, the customers do to support you (beside shutting the fuck up?)?
2. Isn't there any way to make the login not demanding to connect to your servers all the time? I understand that you don't want ppl *****ing ur software but there has to be a way around this problem.
 
To be honest having people not around at the weekend is an excuse, It's always the case when customers hand over their money, few years later product goes down the drain it's nothing new.
 
Can I get a good explanation on why we can't download the entire content of meshes and put the servers checking for auth every hour?
 
I am so happy for this post bossland. I truly am. Its kinda shocked to be customer and dont hear anything at all when an issue occurs. I do hope it gets better and that you keep announcing changes.
