So, botting over the last week has netted me a little over a billion gold.

if i sell a bil on rmah now, i'd only make like 350 off of it after tax.
i've already made about a grand from the game, at this point i dont really care if i happen to get banned due to patch, i had fun botting.
if i don't and gold goes up even 10 cents, im sellin it all

There is no reason for people to buy gold.

double the drop rate on legendaries in addition to a buff to all item drops.

This is not 1.04 where there is a whole crap ton of shiny new legendaries being introduced into the game.

TBH, i think alot of people are thinking the same thing as you and you guys are all going to try to dump at one time causing a decrease in gold cost.

That my 2 cents, sell it all now.

It all depends on whether the shit tons of gold that people have been hoarding up to dump after release are not going to be enough for a hypothetical increase in people playing and purchasing things on Diablo. Some previous players may come back to play after the patch, which would increase the demand for gold, then again, they may not.

What you need to ask yourself is whether you are prepared to gamble $350. If you botted safe and think you're not going to be banned, then you may as well hold out because there's a chance price will go up, or if it goes down, at least it won't go down by much.

lol i run 1 bot , simple Gold farming on hell , if i scratch 5,6 m a day together ima happy atm

So0o0o logic demand,s ..i ask how do you do it , a sjitload of bot,s on nightmare with decent drop,s you sell for Gold perhap,s , another method ? , i,d be intrested in the recepe from a Chef :) ..Xd

why would that be a troll?
i got some good drops, sold a few things for 200-300 mil a piece.
there are people with billions of gold.
 
I haven't made any significant gold from botting, so if anyone is feeling charitable hit me up lol
 
Maybe if you used the RMAH instead of the GAH we wouldnt have to have stupid threads like this cluttering up the forums.

Arff ..you demoralized me ..200 ~ 300 m an item :-) ..i guess i should pop over to Inferno sooner
 
I've been botting with 6 bots and only found 1 item sell about 300m, since them, most drops are just awful.

or post your sales log when patch is done, and we'll compare.
til then, i suggest reading articles on how to bot and how to set up your bot to do a3 inferno with a barbarian. He's the guy that holds the axe and goes RRAAHAHHAHAHAAAHhhh incase you didn't know.

Obviously you have no clue what you're doing if you're selling 20M+ worth items on the GAH.
