Will DB work on patch day?

I wouldn't count on it.

I'd expect a couple days wait if that, but probably not the same day.

Patience is key...

They might have a beta build out the same day.
 
Wow, some ppl are just... As if making money out of thin air is not enough, he is worried if he miss 1-2 days of moneyrain :D

you fucking kidding right? you do understand those 2 days are the biggest money making days? so yes, a little concerned my bot i just paid $105 dollars for will not be useful during that time period.

Ahaha, ok, ok... you are right. Tony is just an evil man that doesn't wanna push the magical "update" button for db until the loot days actually pass :D
 
Well I'm sure some bots will be patched within hours (maybe privately owned and designed ones) and they will be the ones making money until DB gets updated.
 
i will just manually play with the bot on patch day...
so i was reading this theory some guy posted..
on patch day a whole set of players,who play a lot, just disappear... :D
 
Just play by hand for a few days. Actually have some fun with the GAME. I know I will be. I also think it might raise a flag if you have an account that usually plays 15 hours a day. Then BAM patch comes out and they it plays 0 hours ago for a 3 days then back to 15 haha
 
They could think ahead of time and get DB working on the PTS that would most likely shorten the time it would take to get it working for the patch.
 
Have fun with D3? If I'm trying to have fun I'll play league of legends or sc2, seeing as each of those is infinitely times better than this crap.

It will probably have some advantages, bit blizzard said, what is on the ptr is just a fraction of the entire patch. So yeah, it would shorten the time developers will need after the patch, but they would still have to work extra after patch for the new content.
 
I mean, if they could release a version of DB that could only do A3 on MP0 that would be enough for me. I don't give a crap about DB updating for new content if it's not profitable. I just want to keep running my bots on A3 as consistently as it already is. It's a bummer we'll have to wait for updates but hey, maybe one day I'll have enough free time to learn how to program my own bot and not have to worry about waiting for updates.
 
I've spent most of the day and all night updating db for 14280 ( current ptr patch ) got everything working besides creating games.
Gonna see if i can get that working tomorrow also need to make sure i didn't forgot anything :)
