You will probably give 27 bull shit excuses for what the user is doing wrong but your failing on your end.... Fix your authentication server login. We are all paying good money. If you came out and said, "hey we screwed up" I would wait another three weeks like I did for 5.0 with no complaints. Honestly though... try and remember people are paying for your service, legit or not.... And here is my log...

According to your log you aren't on the latest. Re-download it and try fresh.
 
I ran 486... same problem... and remember this, I paid YOU to work for ME..... so fix it

You just posted your log, I just posted the latest version. But alright little virgin kid, Instead of helping you can plow it up your arse :) and ill sit here running my 3 copies of HB while you keep crying. I've fixed every one of my mates HB's with the same problem with the exact same fix i just posted.
 
Sorry, that wasnt to HB staff... That was too the guy calling a long time member a whiny bitch
 
if you read the title in the download section it clearly says [Test Release 5.0.x] meaning they are still working on getting it to work properly for the MOP release under a week ago, when they have a version they expect to not have issues im sure they will remove the test release part.
 
lets all chill here for a second!... no reason for whining or bitching or anything... the HB team does a great job all the way... ive just redownloaded the last reels and now its working thx! (still miss the update information or update.exe) peace!

The lack of response to this post, One can only assume it was fixed by updating.

Gathertime is the perfect example of why i never want kids. Spoilt little child expects everyone to drop everything for him.

I had the same problem as you did, but then I downloaded the last version, and I got the massage telling me that I should try runing it in 32bit and not 64, so I tried and then it worked
