How difficult would it be to put in a Pause function, so instead of Starting / Stopping we could merely hit the Pause button, which would pause DB til we hit it again?
Just wondering....
It would have a ton of use for profile developers.I think its kinda hard to express demonbuddys + plugin state so that it can be easily recoverable at a later point in time, seems like a lot of work for very little payoff since pausing the bot is not a very common use case.
Could you explain it a bit in technical terms, for example;
Does it just need to make the bot stand still while you <do things (what things?)>
Does it need to give access/enable DemonBuddy functions that are not normally available while the bot is running? (which things)?
I'm NOT asking these to be pedantic or shoot the idea down (I can see how that could be the impression) - but instead to see if I can work something into Trinity that does it![]()
A pause button will be included in next release of Trinity - probably due tonight. It will add a pause button to the main DemonBuddy window, next to the start/stop button. You will need to put the bot back where it was, before unpausing it, after you pause it.
