Listening to that now, sounds pretty interesting so far.
 
was very interesting to listen to. Both sides make valid arguments. The one sad thing about cases like this is that the judges generally have absolutely no clue what is going on "under the hood" in computers, so they must take the lawyer's advice on the issue. This makes the job hard for the lawyers because the lawyers have to both teach, and persuade the judge.

Yeh I listened to the whole thing. I used to use glider a few years back, I'm glad I finally got the opportunity to actually hear some of the arguments being made.
 
we know this already sanders some other guy then you already posted it why post it twice:)

I read up on this and this could have some pretty interesting results if glider wins.
Copyright's are way over the top right now and i think it would be a good thing if the rules shifted towards the customer instead of the money grabbers....
