Hello!
I'm sorry if this is not appropriate, if not feel free to close ASAP.
I understand HB will be 32bit-compatible until Blizzard will drop it, because Windows 64 bits is backward compatible with 32 bits applications, so I don't blame devs if they want to maintain only one of the two versions, still here is the question:
Are you still using Windows 32 bits? If yes, why? I mean, I personally switched when I bought my previous computer with 4 GB or RAM (Win 32 bits can't read more than that, differently than Linux or others). Now I've got 8 GB and if I wasn't using Windows at 64 bits I couldn't take advantage of them. Also, for my work, 64 bits computers are simply better (even if x86 architecture sucks for what I have to do in any case).
As of WoW 5.0.4 most of the economic graphic cards (and old processors with them) have been flagged as "no supported", not to mention that HB uses extra CPU to work.
Since the first Core2Duo (Intel) or relative AMD, all the processors are 64 bit - even Intel Atom, so it'd be curious why you haven't switched to 64 bits since then (Windows Vista came first followed by XP 64 bits version), not to mention I never had a single problem running 32 bits applications on the 64 bits environment.
