Of course it is safe, why the hell wouldn't it be safe? Though at this point it is pretty pointless anyway, since the GF is capped at 300 and it was easily achievable before without this armor, so no real need for it.

exept the proc might be godly with 375 (nephalem gets it over cap) % GF

300%Cap + 75%NV + Follower(20%) = 391% for me

I equipped one approximately two hours ago.
Not only did my character INSTANTLY get banned, but my computer also spontaneously combusted.
Shortly after my computer caught fire, the FBI, CIA, DEA, Interpol, and NASA all arrived at my house. Blizzard had hired them all to find and kill me.

Serious answer: It's fine to use it. Do you know how many of these stupid legendaries there are? It would be a massive waste of resources for blizzard to track what each and every goldskin user is doing

I sold mine for 3.4 mil. It got crappy stats. My DH looked good while wearing it for a day though.
