+++ wizard Stats required to run act 3 +++

Does anyone run a wizard in A3 inferno for champs?
If so, what are your stats?
How much did your build cost?
What is you skill build?
what routine/profile u use?
 
i would suggest you start with A1 first, the price of gears needed for A3 is probably 30x of A1 items as shown in the thread I replied in A1 profile subforum.
 
I use the build which gotteshand posted with cold blooded instead of astral.
40k hp / 40k dps / 400 loh / 600 lifereg / 1200 ar / 47% crit / 20 apoc
alot of deaths but still worth it, guess its the minimum stats to give it a try

Try getting a wizardspike and shield, they're awesome for botters on a budget. They're perfect for any CM wizard and the 70+ AR really helps out. Using Wizardspike and a shield, my wizard has close to 1.2k AR after prismatic armor. Making a wizard actually isn't as expensive as I though, just prioritize crit chance and AR, then just grab as much int and vitality as you can. If you can get some crit hit damage it will help your dps out a lot too.
As long as the bot doesn't mess up you shouldn't need much loh because every time you use diamond skin it's essentially +20k health. That's why crit chance is much more important than LOH to keep your cooldowns low.
 
Guys, may i ask something i am starting diablo3 again, on my fresh account. Will be 50/50 boted casualy and other 50% played with friends.
My question is, i will have 50mil available on the 60lvl ding, and question is what to pick up as a class?
Have in mind that i would like somthing that i will enjoy playing but it's also viable to farm act1 without problems and even maybe act3 in a week or so when i get some gear.
My dilema is should i start with the obvious , barbarian or smth else, i would really like to play a shield spec wizzard, is it viable to farm? Would 50mil be enough to farm act1(bot) without problems?

I ran a CM build and shes fabulous, i like playing the under achievers, 50mil should get u good equips, just prioritize crit chance and alot res while shelling good DPS, (which is what i need atm, though my armor goes 900 after energy armor itself)

Edit: oh and my cm is the in yuh face type, (hydra's good for cc but enchantress gives more dmg plus hexes them lol)
Oh and one tip life regen!! Its sic' bcoz if even you do have or dont LOH, works wonders

I ran act 3 with only 600 AR with 5% crit chance at 90k dps and 130k HP and just got -10 arcane power for the spell arcane torrent making it unlimited cast. Only about 1 death per hour. No diamond skin needed. And the items are cheap cause its not + crit just all + attack speed :)

That's really interesting, can you post your exact skills/stats? I assume you have a SOJ too?
I tried using an arcane torrent build with 90k dps buffed, but I couldn't kill elites fast enough and they would just end up rolling me.
 
Is Spectral Blade (w/ healing blades rune) a better choice then Hydra (lightning) or Mirror Image (mimics) as the last skill? Or is slow-time (stretch) a viable skill?

I'm assuming the below is fixed:
Explosive Blast
Frost Nova
Diamond Skin
Energy Armor
Energy Twister

CD: 50% ( wow, didnt realize till just now how low that is)

more apoc about 15! also try to get crit chance to above 40% works wonders, other than these 2 your stats looks good in fact better than mine :) am only on 900 AR and 9k armor. Oh and block please :)

Ok thanks, will give that a try. My block is at 26% not sure if that's high enough.

30K Dps
18 APOC
700 AR
35k HP
2.1 IAS

am thinking bout changing spectral blades out with a buff instead


Working fine vs any elites
