[Plugin] Giles Combat Replacer

new version seems to be using sprint a lot less than previously, this occurs often even when the bot is out of combat for a period of time with more than 70%+ of rage
 
A couple of quick updates/hotfixes;
v0.5.0.1:
-- (v0.5.0.1) Barbarian "Sprint" used out of combat until no fury left.
-- (v0.5.0.1) Rend pause-timer reduced for newest DB (seems more reliable with new DB, pause timer not as necessary).
v0.5.0.2:
-- (v0.5.0.2) Almost entirely disabled animation-timer-delays on abilities, don't SEEM to be necessary anymore (and were causing slight pauses not found in previous DB versions).

Re-pasting the "big" update again below too so nobody misses it amid this tiny update! :P

-- New feature: Backtracking. Bot now records your movement while chasing monsters in combat, and then backtracks along them after combat ends before handing control back to DB, to get you back to your last waypoint safely.
-- New config added, enabled by default, to disable backtracking (incase you hate it/it causes issues).
-- Out of combat avoidance and globe-fetching now implemented - for 5 seconds after combat ends, will continue to look for AOE's to try and avoid.
-- After engaging in combat, kill radius is kept at routine/profile kill-radius setting for a few seconds to allow exp bonus from repeat kills etc. instead of instantly ignoring anything slightly out of range.
-- Treasure goblins set to prioritize now get chased more reliably over other monsters.
-- Should no longer interrupt town-portal-return with trying to spam sprint/out-of-combat buffs.
-- Some changes to various avoidance AOE radius and avoid-percents to improve behavior overall (eg larger radius on bee sting avoidance, lower-health before dodging plague pools)
-- Barbarian Rend now set to use every 4.7 seconds *OR* in half that time if you have 85% or more of your max fury (to allow faster spam, helps when more monsters move into range etc.)
-- Barbarian Rend priority now set to higher than revenge/overpower/one or two other things.
-- Barbarian Battle Rage now set to a "slow-use" skill (usually used for abilities with a long animation time), to try and help prevent cast-failures.
-- Barbarian ancient spear set to target an area behind the mob to extend the range of it (hit more targets etc.)
-- Monk mantra spam now lower-prioritized, and only if you have 90% of your max spirit (so if your max spirit is at 150, then only with 135+ spirit). Mantra spam is lower priority than all except "normal" attacks, and is to keep the 3-4 second buff up while fighting elites and with plenty of spirit to spare.
-- Monk sweeping wind/blinding flash only used on greys when at 80%+ max spirit and 3+ greys in range.
-- Monk cyclone/seven-sided/exploding palm all tweaked in use-intelligence slightly.
-- A few other changes here and there I can't remember/forgot to log :P

^^ Quite a big update with a couple of major new features :)

Giles what were your comment about my idea to flee from the mobs for a few seconds until either your health/coldowns get back?

Forexample if your as a monk got blinding flash, health potion, breath of heaven , serenity and got low life I would as a human kite for a bit.
I am aware of that it may be hard to code, but if it is able to work out good then it should be able to safe quite a lot of death in act 2/3.
 
Tried the new version and it lags a lot for me, went back to the old one and that works fine. This new version looks very promising tho. Nice work!
 
Newest version my barb just basically runs to his death.. not using abilities correctly

I noticed that since the last versions the bot doesn't attack the wood wraiths (the huge trees) correctly, it starts circling around them and never attacks.. It gets better when I disable the Avoid AOE option..

edit: I think the avoid aoe doesn't really change anything, I don't know why is this happening..

By "correctly" - can you clarify? NEVER using them? Using some but not others? Using them then doing nothing for 30 seconds?


my bot stops attacking after this new update.. not sure why..

For tiny periods (like <1 second or so), or just stops and then never attacks again once it stops (and just sits there taking damage until you stop the bot)?

I noticed that since the last versions the bot doesn't attack the wood wraiths (the huge trees) correctly, it starts circling around them and never attacks.. It gets better when I disable the Avoid AOE option..

Is the tree attacking back? Or is the tree just stood there doing nothing?

To both of you - there's definitely still some oddities - I'm not sure yet if it's caused by Diablo 3, or the new DB, or a combination of both - but still some "weird things" that I'm trying to find causes of one by one to track down and hopefully fix if it's something I can work around. THe more info you can give me on the exact order of events, length of time, last ability used, type of mob, range, what the mob is doing, etc. etc., the better!

It's something I'd like to do in the future, along with kiting, but it's a bit of work and lower down on my list - maybe in a couple of weeks, after my holiday ;)
 
The tree attacks the bot, while it keeps running in circles around it
 
where is the witch doctor spec for this plugin? im only see barbs specs in 2nd post. michael linked me it a cpl days ago but i have lost the link

The newest version works well on a monk that I have running it. A barb that I have running it, however, will attack with Frenzy 3-4 times and then stop. It then proceeds to just stand there until either Revenge procs or it decides to cast Rend again. Then it will frenzy another 3-4 times and stop again until Revenge or Rend. It appears to do this regardless of number/type of mobs. Skills slotted: Frenzy/Revenge/Rend/WotB/Earthquake/Warcry.

Hope that helps a bit, and thanks for the awesome plugin. :)
 
Sorry, with newest version he's only auto attacking, using no other abilities.. WW build

-- Made combat even faster (frenzy barbs and monks should find this very noticable, please give feedback!).
-- Wizards should cast armor buffs more reliably.
-- Wizard beam spells (eg archon beam, disintegrate, frost-ray-thingy etc.) should now stay "On", rather than "stop-starting".

Please can people give feedback on those first two points, let me know if it's fixed the issues for you, and if not, please explain in as much detail as possible what appears to happen, how, when, for how long, in what order, etc.! :P

Thanks for the plugin, just grabbed the latest version. will try now and hopefully be able to give you some feedback in a couple hours.
 
Critical Mass changes needed:

Attack range from say 7-15 yards
Spam Explosive Blast w/1 monster near

Some people use Teleport, some use Mirror Image as a final spell
I use Mirror, and it seems to be working well

I assume once the range is fixed teleport/calamity rune will be an option

The pauses still occur but are much shorter (as in better) for me.
Here are a couple of ideas. I haven't considered how hard those would be to implement so don't get mad :>
Attempt to pick up health globes doesn't seem to work for me right now (plugins im using are ur combat replacer, stash replacer, world object handler, radsprofilemanagerbeta and unstuckme).I seen the bot staying at 15% hp (diamond skin saved some ass but it isnt always enough)
I think it would be great if you could make the routine-plugin (for Wizard) pick up Heath Globes while the char is starving on Arcane Power (if "power hungry" passive is present). I don't have enough arcane power on crit to sustain the arcane power pool and changes to the proc coefficient arent helping either.
Apart from decreasing range for Explosive Blast (as fellow buddy stated above) it would be great if bot attempted closing in on running-away packs (dont go into melee because that will trigger their "run away" switch, but close enough for explo). Right now it spams tornados and sometimes runs closer for an ocasional blast.

The issue I was having with the Frenzy barb not attacking appears to be resolved. It seems to be failing to pop WotB along with Earthquake on most of the elite packs it comes across when both are off cooldown, however. It will use one or the other, but rarely both (always at full fury). No noticeable micro-stuttering during combat.
 
with the new update sometimes it looks like my barb is using ww - toon is spining and moving at the same time. its strange cause its speced frenzy. you might gone a lil bit too far on this one.
also, requesting more rend spam, like every 3 secs. 9% life steal is op as fuck
EDIT: he's doin this strange spinning shit while trying to avoid arcane, act2 flies etc
