Typical expectations from a Champ Profile

I have over 200mf unbuffed on all my bots 20 bots total. I do 10-20 mil a day with my bots if i look over a whole week.

Are you doing 10-20 million per bot or with all 20 in total? and how many hours do u usually let them bot per day?
Cuz im thinking about switching to champ farming, since gold got prettymuch worthless. You still make money with sarkoth but u have to 24/7 and one acc will make itself paid about 3-5 times max till it gets banned again.
So what I'd like to know the most is how much € can you make in average per bot per day considering you do champ farming? (and this not 24/7 anymore ofc)

I mean per char!

If i take all my money i make per char and divide it by 7 it offen end up at 10-20 mil per char. I usually bot 20-24/7 but i change profile offen, once every two hours.

oh ok nice!
and none of your accounts doin this was banned so far? Cuz i always thougth that 24/7 makes your bot pretty obvious to blizzard.
But if thats not the case i know what ill do in the future^^

This guy said it best.

If you are not emotionally attached to your account, Sarkoth is the way to go. Get your bang for buck. Use AGB get huge amounts of $ between ban waves and buy new accounts.

Champ profiles are not great even with 370% magic find, and the risk for ban is just the same anyway.

this is wrong, call it opinion but champs haven't had jack for bans, and sark bots can still be getting flagged for another wave. Its all a matter of stock exchange... are you high risk or low risk investor, that is all this is... simple stocks you buy into and depending on the level of risk your willing to take you choose your options. Dont make it any more difficult that it really is. People wanting quick turn over go for sark if you wish, people botting casually and are dependent on the account not being banned do champs. If this is your only account and its just for extra gold and possible gear for main, do champs. This is either casual botting or business, and risk assessment comes down to. 1. time available 2. Money available 3. ability to study the market and its risks. 4. personal attachment.

fyi was 24/7 with sark b4 bans. 24/7 with champs since sark bans = 0 bans Just a matter of botting history and knowing the risks, and understanding the behavior blizzard watches for. I have not had 1 account banned since 1.08 Diablo 2. Since then I learned to understand how blizz works. IMO its best to get some bans under your belt because it makes you pay more attention to whats going on.

Well ive seen alot of people going "AAH i have botted this 4 days 24/7 now and it have only dropped couple 1 mil items!!! A1 is a piece of shit" And then 2-3 days later, "Ahhh got my first 50mil item, got some legendary that i only sold for couple of mil before but this profile is awesomeness!!!"

What people have to learn, is that you cant look over the day or even over the week. But when you get that 50mil items, its as botting for almost a week worth of money. That together with all 1mil items and you got about 70mil on one week and 10 mil a day.

But what people dont understand is that MF mathers! And what people dont understand is that MF is awesome to have ALL the time and not just under the last second when fighting a champion. Ive seen my bots find countless of legendarys and rares from normal monsters when you are around 275% mf with stacks. It make a big difference!!!!

If i would start a gold selling business, i would get around hundred of these bots and just have 3-4 hours of AH botting then continue to bot A1. I think that would give max profit and the bot would be able to make all the AH by it self.

Also i would sell the best item i found on the gold selling website, because i think people would rather like to by ITEMS then gold. Atleast when i played D2 people would rather buy complete rune words and items instead of alot of ists or HR and make the trades them selfs.

after reading through this thread i have come to the conclusion that:

a) i am very unlucky
b) alot of ppl exaggerating

If you want to get started i would say that a aim for 75-100mf is ia good start. Then upgrade when you feel you can.

We have had 3 bans with Champ hunting as far as i know and all could be linked to main account that was used in prev bans. I still dont think its the actual profiles that get people banned, i still think its en behavior of the account. Even doing champ hunting with 0 friends, never joined a public game and making good money to then just give it away, is suspicious.

I got over 30 friend on all my 20 accounts, all from different countrys in the world and i never do one way trades on them. If i trade money, i trade it for an item, if i trade a item, i trade it for another item. This way i can trade all my RMAH items to one account. I do different profiles on the accounts aswell, so its not always in act 1. Everything to "look" like a humans playstyle.

how many pcs are those 20 bots spread across?

i run 20 of a competitor bot on one pc but find with DB with more then 10 on one pc it lags to much. very interested to know how you do yours, can pm me if you like to not go to offtopic. i have 20 db sessions going stale while i figure out what to do with them lol

Radonic, which profiles do you use to pretend to be like 'human'

I am running elite packs 2 weeks 24/7, I guess it's time to schedule another profile... lol

I used some private profile ive made that does farm different things.
But what i would suggest is A2goblis and either the act 3 profile i have(if you got a good char enough) or warriors rest.
Also there is a pretty good A2 profile(that i havnt made) that you could use to mix it up with.
I also made a butcher profile, where it farms 5 stacks then go to butcher. I made it because i wanted myself a better "mix" profile then i had before.
Remember that doing everything all random all the time is also a pattern! Its not a human behavior, because no human farm in 24 hours and do every run in random places.
A human might farm A1 in 4 hours then switch to an hour of A2 goblin then go back to A1 farming. That is the kind of behavior of a human!

40 mill to equip a barb with high MF? you're on drugs, I have 2 barbs with 280 and 290 MF before valor and they destroy act 1, the first barb was a total of 17 mill (with weapon + gear) the second barb was just under 20 mill, that's full gear that's almost 300% mf before valor.

anyways on my first account I found nats mark (38 mill) and some rare ring that sold for over 40 mill in the same week.....since then nothing, second account only a few items worth a mill or two a day =/

After doing a lot Act 1 Champion runs averaging around 3 lvl 63 rares an hour. I am ready to jump it up a level to Act 2 and preferably Act 3. For me the biggest change is drop in recipes in Act 3. 6 prop plans net you a ton of money. They just don't drop in Act 1. Now if the unid market ever returns Champion Farming will be a lot more profitable. Probably around 1M/hr.

Act 3 farming also won't be viable imo till profiles can handle death handling. I could never see a bot make it through with so many fallen maniacs. Those things come in waves and even the strongest barbs will die to them.

I dont see how the bot can handle those tentacle arm guys with poison pools. A elite pack with those are INSANE for melee!

and how do you schedule that profiles?

I am using Profile Restarter plugin, but this doesn't have a option to set time to run...
I am using db 185 with your elite 1.9.2

yeah I think they are only in the fields. Which I would never bot and almost never play when I am playing manually. The keep is pretty easy and the bridge is not that hard. For my build at least Ghom and Siegebreaker both are super doable. All you have to is keep spamming spells and you will win. I might try to write a Ghom profile. Were you just farm him. He is super tough against barbs and monks but very easy against a Wicked Winds/CM wizard.

Radonic, does mean you average 2.1 billion a week totaling your 20 bots? *drool*

No more like 1.5. But all the gold are spread over all accounts and i only got RMAH on one of them and it takes time to trade over to that one so i can sell :) But i always have 10 items out on RMAH
