Key purchased but did not arrive by email, and no email from registration at buddyaut

As the title says... I did not get the key by email (tho I did get payment confirmation), and I did not get any emails from the BuddyAuth registration system, tho I had it resend twice just to make sure.

Is there a way to manually go thru that process?

I am not in a hurry... wont even be able to use DB until I go buy another copy of the game as I dont want to use it on my main account.. so no rush. Just need to know how to get my key :D

i see kick has answered a few.. there is a delay with the keys being updated it seems. hang on frosty we are all gonna get there :p
 
register on buddyauth with the email you paid for the key through g2s and it will show up there

Yup, I know that part... the problem is that the activation email from BuddyAuth never gets to me. I tried several times... no email.

This may be because of the age of my account somehow? I have been a lifetimer for HB for years, and I am sure I was on BuddyAuth at some point in the past, but it could not find my email, so I registered again... it accepted the registration, and says it sent a activation email (and I hit the resend button a few times) but nothing was received by me. :/

Not quite the same problem... we know about that one already. I am trying to get where you are now... I cannot even access the BuddyAuth system - it tells me to validate my email address first but I never get the darn emails.

For your issue just wait... it will pop up to the active keys list in good time.

For my issue... someone please look in to it! :)

Ok,

I just tried registering for buddyauth with a different email (gmail) to make sure my email server is not having issues, and again I did not get a email for activation... so you might want to let someone know that it appears that the email system is broken on buddyauth registration.
 
Giving this a bump... seems bossland is answering some threads and did not see this one. Boss, if you could just validate my buddyauth account... that would work for me! (You can email me to verify)

posted in other thread but same deal... i see my key in buddyauth but didn't receive it in my email. It shows my key but when i enter it in demonbuddy it says invalid.

I was trying to see if I could reply because while you had problems with an activation email through buddyauth, I didn't have problems with buddyauth, but I had problems with activation email for the FORUM.


Did you try entering your email when you said forgot your password? As in the one that you registered for buddyauth, because when I tried to request for a buddyauth ACTIVATION, it didn't send me anything. However when I hit forgot password, I received an email.
