L?we, no doubt. If you want to avoid premium, perhaps some of the Tier V once they attain elite status and 100% crew. PzIV or M4 Sherman, for example. Hummel is a good moneymaker but I don't know how it works with tankleader...

KV with the 14k XP cannon works like a charm as well, one-shotting things.
