Amplify - a Mage CC Powered by Blast Processing!

Ive got a question about the delay between casting spells, the Globalcooldown is ready and my Mage is waiting about 1-3 seconds until he starts casting or doing anything again. Can i change this reaction time anywhere? Ive got ~60ms ping to the wow servers and 20fps.

its not going by global cooldown its going by .IsCasting. so while im Casting Wait.
 
Noticed another thing, if you water elemental gets attacked by a buddypull, my mage will just stand around and wait for my water elemental to kill it, and move on. This goes for Mirror Image to.

Edit: Another thing, is it possible to make the CC to check if Ice Barrier is off, alot of times when it went off it doesent seem to notice it, even when it's not on CD, just like raphus priest CC with power word shield, should be up at all times, not when on mount tho so it have to dismount when buffing. Just to make it clear, this happens in combat.

Hey, I'm having an issue with this CC. I'm pretty sure it's this CC since I'm running a paladin and have been for days without issues. Yet when I run my mage on this CC, it constantly D/C's with global recall errors and I have to relog constantly as well due to the BG Pop global recall lua error appearing. The paladin works fine and they both use the BG Bot on the same Honorbuddy settings except the CC's. I've attached the logs for you to check out. Kind of irritating that it's only on this toon, and it's one of the last toons I need to gear too lol. Thanks for your time and assistance.

Edit: Toons are 85, doing nothing but BG's with BG Bot Beta.

In frost spec I found that it is not checking the target of your water elemental. It happens to me that my pet is under attack (Pulled aggro) while I was in combat.
Once my target is dead, my character just stands there doing noting but waiting to get out of combat... Instead it should check the target of my pet, and to see if my pets target is in combat, hostile and targiting my pet.. If so, attack that mob.

Just an advice, for the rest, on hieger levers (above 35) I found this CC mutch better (More human, better survivabilety) than the default one.

check and make sure your running the latest version. since in later versions i changed it so the frost elemental target, should always be the same as yours.

It's not :/, and im using the latest version.
 
I am using 1.6.2... the problem I have is when my elemental is attacked while fighting other mobs, Amplify does not seem to notice that mob (Pulled by my elemental).

When you hit tap to target the mob attacking your elemental or when the mob hits you/does damage, Amplify picks up on it and starts the rotation again.
Else it just stands there waiting to get out of combat, as most single mobs do not do EoA and my cat is not hitting tap for me regularly this often slows down the XP-Loot/Hour.
However this did not seem to have killed me a lot, if (not when) the elemental dies, the mob targets me and Amplify picks it up.

Just one small point of interest basically, so far Amplify does seem to increase my survivability on the longer AKF glides…
 
whats up with the CC trying to melee the target!!! i swore i was a caster. i tried the new CCs in fire and frost. they both melee the target. if am lucky it might cast one frostbolt. and dont let the pet attack something first. it just stands there till it dies. i wish i know which version i was using b4 i updated this. i didnt have any problems. now i have to manually use my mage since fpsware is way out of date. plus the frost spec it didnt cast ice barrier or even try to keep it up.

edit. am lvl 85 in twilight highlands. using a questing profile. i have use this same profile on 6 alts with no problems till now. i cant seemt o figure out why its meleeing instead of casting. plus its blinking and running around instead of attacking the mob. wtf

turn of automate in frost then you wil not have blink anymore
 
Found in Notheland that some mobs are imunne for frost damage (Water elementals)... When the target is imunne, switch to the fire spells availible would be my advice.

theres just no way to reliably do immunity detection, i mean i can do it, but it still isn't reliable.


for everyone else i fixed the double frostnova / Freeze! pet combo thing. im still having some issues trying to get the Pet being attacked thing correct, since it so rarely happens to me, i cant figure out the api needed to get it to pickup the target when only that thing is happening. without it bugging out. so i am working on it, its just taking some time.
 
is there any way to fix the class blinking away after the mob is already dead it does it alot? thank you for the cc and thanks for your work!
 
Really need help to optimize my settings for PvP, instances and leveling when I honestly do not have a clue what to change and how the rotation will look to get the most out of this otherwise well-made CC

i read thru all the pages and havent seen this mentioned yet... it does not proc my instant pyroblast when i have hot streak up. it used to use the arcane missles but when i spec'd into Hot Streak and made it proc pyro's instead it stopped. Is hot streak implemented yet and just not working or should i just not worry bout it and wait til its implemented? also I have my fire spec spam spell set to fireball but it spams scorch. i have changed it as per the instructions said in many previous posts but still spamming scorch instead of fireball.
